LiveLotto comes with a powerful filter tool to allow the information to quickly be sliced either by the pre-defined filters,
or new filters created by the user.
New filters are created with the filter manager shown above. The filter manager has been disigned to allow for the creation of
complex filters but keep the screen simple to use.
