Our vision:
Nowadays, corporate social responsibility (CSR) goes far beyond the philanthropy
of the past – donating money to good causes at the end of the financial year. Rather,
it is an all-year-round responsibility that we accept to help improve the environment
around us. This involves engagement with our local community. We recognise that
our brand does not depend solely only on quality, price and uniqueness but also
on how, cumulatively, we interact with our workforce, the community and the environment.
We judge our results not just by what we do but also by outcomes: the difference
we make to the world in which we live.
Our principles:

- The Managing Director is responsible for the implementation of this policy and will
make the necessary resources available to realise our corporate responsibilities.
The responsibility for our performance to this policy rests with all employees throughout
the company.
